Before sending us an e-mail regarding services please be sure to include the following information. This will assist us in responding to you in a more timely fashion. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for a response. You are also more than welcome to contact us at our office number, 604 521 1202 and we would be happy to help you. Office hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Things to include in your e-mail:

1) What part of the city do you live in? Remember we ONLY service New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, North Delta and Burnaby.

2) What types of pets do you have? How many?

3) When will you be vacationing or requiring dog walking services?

4) Do your pets require any medications?

5) Day, evening and cell phone numbers. During peak seasons most phone calls are returned in the evening between 5 and 8 p.m. and may take up to 48 hours for a return phone call.
