I had never had a pet sitter before for my fur-kids, Gizmo, Ripley and Fuzzy and I was a little wary as most parents are! However, I should not have worried at all and after meeting Kristin in my home, she impressed me from the very start. I knew that my "kids" would be in great hands. I now use her

services every time I go away and believe me, it's worth it to see how happy my kitties are when I come home! They love Kristin and enjoy having her take care of them! The report card is a great touch, I love reading it when I get home! Thanks for everything, Kristin and I will let my friends know how great you are!

Although we only used Kristin's services once, I can't begin to say what an exceptional care taker, sitter AND all round person she is. She is such a pleasant and wonderful person who really and truly loves and cares for all animals - even the human kind. I suppose I should know! I was worried about hiring ANY cat sitter in the beginning because our cat is a known felon when it comes to biting - sadly not just love bites. On top of that, there were 4 aquariums to feed including bloodworms to cut up! I remember cringing as I asked Kristin about doing it and she never batted an eye just asking me to leave everything out for her. The fish were happy, Spencer (our cat, now deceased) was happy and we were able to go away and not worry about a thing. Her prices are so very reasonable and she puts herself into all she does and really takes pride in the service she provides. We were extremely impressed and have been recommending her to everyone already. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Kristin back and I know my other cat Ghyslaine will love her as much as we do!

Kristin took on the daunting task of kitty sitting our slightly neurotic, and anti social cat, Dude, for a two week period while my husband and I went on a two week fly away holiday. I knew from the moment I met Kristin that I would not have to worry about my Dude receiving exception care during our absence. Now don't get me wrong I also knew they would not be the best of friends (remember I said anti-social and I really mean anti-social). When we arrived home after our holiday I knew my first impression of Kristin's caring and her love of animals was correct. Dude was very happy and content, no sign at all of any stress which we had experienced in past trips when we had friends kitty sitting.Dude even got an A on his report card, although I think Kristin grades a bit on the curve. We thoroughly enjoyed having the Kitty Kompany working for us and we look forward to future holidays where we know our kitty is left in responsible and loving hands.

We would like to thank you very much for taking such good care of our furbabies, Hugo and Ella. It was nice to see pictures of them while we were away and to have occasional updates to know that they were safe, sound and happy. We were delighted to come home to find both of them friendly and affectionate (instead of skittish, which has been the unfortunate case other times we have gone away), and particularly glossy and clean from what must have been dedicated grooming on your part. They still love playing with their little Santa catnip boots too!

Kristin was most professional and attentive to our requirements. The online journal was a special treat and it was very interesting to see how our 3 fuzzheads interacted with others when we were not there.

With planning a trip to France for months, we had a friend set to look after our spoiled little one, Bronte. Unfortunately, with only two days before we were to leave, I found out our friend was babysitting two children and would have to take Bronte to their home. First of all, Bronte is not 'comfortable' around children, and secondly, she is not a happy camper outside her own little world! Kitty Kompany came to our rescue. We had updates on the website and knew all was well (even if Bronte was rather moody in our absence). Based on the mood of Bronte, we also found this was better handled by a professional like Kristin, and

luckily not with our friend! We've never been away for more than a few days, so it ended up that Bronte was not her usual 'social' self! Thanks Kristin for being there and knowing best how to manage a moody cat!!!!

I am the type that never goes on a long vacation, but I finally decided that I will take more than three days and go away. Now what to do with my not so little cat?? So when I was looking around for a Kennel I came across Kitty Kompany web site and loved it. Kristin

came to my house and well my cat fell in love with her. So that was that I went away and came home to a very happy cat. I have had friends come the house before and my Benny had never been happy with others in his house but then Kristin came along and all was good in kitty world. I have recommended Kitty Kompany to everyone I know.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristin and Kitty Kompany! Being new to the BC area, we were worried about finding good care for our two beautiful kitties when we were out of town. Kristin was the answer to our prayers! On our initial meeting Kristin was very professional, and it was obvious that she loves her work. She took great care of our two cats, Han and Obi (check them out on the client gallery!), and even gave them special toys on the last day she visited. When we arrived home, there were pictures, cards, and a very thorough "report card". Kristin is a dream! You would be very wise to enlist her services in caring for your pet. We don't usually take 2-week vacations, but faced with an opportunity not to be missed, our thoughts turned to "what to do about the cats?". Our older cat knows all about vacations, but this would be the first time we'd "abandon" the 7-month old kitten. This calls for a professional! Kristin's website was so well done, we were encouraged from the start, and absolutely convinced once we met her. Knowing she was going to

deliver excellent care and companionship to our "kids", we were able to take our vacation without any worry. We loved the pet-check website, it was like a visit from home! On our return we found happy kitties and lots of special touches from Kristin. We would (and have) recommend her to our family and friends, and will not hesitate to call on her again.

Kitty Kompany cannot be recommended more highly. We went on holidays for a month over Christmas --a long time to leave our two Balinese cats home alone. Lily and Roto actually enjoy humans and are real attention seekers. Over the past ten years we've had mixed results having friends take care of them . Usually, upon return we find the cats hungry for affection yet unwilling to forgive us for dereliction of duty. This was NOT the case with Kitty Kompany. Kristin did a wonderful job taking care of them. We even received an email update on our trip. The

Misty was born a wild cat and is very nervous around strangers. When I emailed home to my Mom she advised me that Kristin had coaxed Misty from under the bed and had been cuddling with her in

her lap. (I thought she must have had my cat mixed up with another). Not true. When we came home Kristin dropped off the keys and Misty was pleased to see her. She left us detailed notes from her visits letting me know that she indeed got to know our little Misty. We would be happy to recommend her for anyone that wants that extra peace of mind to know that their animals are in very loving capable hands while they are away.

I hired Kristin to take care of my 2 cats at the last minute before heading home to visit family for the holidays. She was very professional, and accommodating, even when I was not prepared for her.

When she met my cats she was obviously interested in them as the little creatures they are and not just another client. She gave them treats, and did her best to get them at ease with her.

I was pleased with the way she left my apartment for my return, and I was very happy to see a nice journal of her activities with the cats while I was gone. It was a sweet touch .

I can recommend her to all of you. But then that would mean I'd have to share her.

Kristin is the BEST kitty sitter ever!!

I used Kristin's Kitty Kompany services for a week when I went to Montreal. I have 4 cats, one who needed medication given to him twice a day and also needed to be force fed through a syringe.

Kristin did a wonderful job caring for my babies. When I came back from my trip, my sick cat was eating on his own! I was thrilled!

She also gave them extra food, toys, and put all kinds of cute cat notes

around my home! She kept a detailed diary of her every day here and how the cats were doing.

Your mind will be at ease leaving your cats with Kristin...believe me.

I hired Kristin in Dec 2002 to walk Tara, my little bichon. They get along famously together and every time Tara sees Kristin, she rolls over for a tummy rub, which means "you're okay in my books lady." Kristin is excellent with Tara. She feeds her, walks her and plays with

her and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anybody. I am very glad to have found her.

Kristin has taken care of our highly excellent feline who is notorious for not liking pet sitters. In the face of a lot of hissing, Kristin did an excellent job. She was sure to give Bast the exactly right complicated mixture of food that she loves. Moreover, Kristin arrived dutifully to provide care after her car was hit by another car en route.
