We have used Kristin’s services since 2010 and have full confidence in her abilities to look after our cats. She does more than just feed and visit, as she takes time to play with our cats and let them get comfortable with her presence in their home.

While we are away we enjoy (and are comforted by) text updates that she sends to us, with photos of how they are doing. On our return home we find a well written and entertaining “report card” from Kristin on how our girls behaved while we were away. Kristin is also very knowledgeable about pet care, and has recommended products to us that have improved our care for our pets. We have full confidence and comfort in the care Kristin provides for our pets and our home whenever we are away, and know that she could handle any emergency that occurs in our absence.

We wanted to share this review of our first experience with Kristin and Kitty Kompany. Please feel free to post it and include images of our kitty, Twitch.

As our kitty, Twitch, does not travel well, we wanted to arrange for care for him at home while we traveled recently. As he is almost 10 years old, he does like his routines. Best decision ever. I was given Kristin’s information from someone I trust, and made arrangements to meet and ensure we were comfortable entrusting our precious boy to her care. It was clear from the moment we met her that she was put on this earth to do this. Twitch gravitated to her (he put his paws insider her bag!) and she won him over. And, she has become one of his biggest fans.

Nanny K was professional, organized and thoughtful about the arrangements. The contract and checklist were very well prepared. I didn’t have to worry about anything during her visits 2x per day. She texted me with updates and photos frequently while we were away, and it was clear that Twitch had made a friend for life. When we returned home, he as happy, healthy and chatty (and thrilled to see us).

 I am thrilled to recommend Kristin and Kitty Kompany to anyone seeking in-home care for their pets while they are traveling or otherwise away from home. It was comforting to us and to Twitch and we will reach out to her the very next time we travel.
